2. Replacement Policy

If the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a replacement. Please report the issue within 5 days of delivery, providing necessary details and supporting images if required.

  • Replacements will be processed based on product availability.
  • If the item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund or the option to choose an alternative product.

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your UPI ID or bank account, depending on the payment method used for the original purchase.
  • If you paid via UPI, the refund will be sent directly to your UPI account.
  • For bank transfers, please provide your bank details as requested by our support team.

⏱️ Processing Time:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 working days after we receive the returned item.
  • Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

4. Important Notes

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
  • Product Inspection: All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. If the item does not meet the return criteria, we reserve the right to reject the return.
  • Exchange Policy: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
